1. Get Started
Start by entering your Name and Email Address and clicking “Get Started Now”. On the next page, you will create your username and password, along with submit property information and property photos.

2. Login
After submitting your information for review, you will receive an email informing you that your account has been activated. By clicking “Member Login” in the top right corner of the home page and entering your username and password, you can access your account.

3. My “Dashboard”
Once you’ve logged in, you can manage everything at a glance using our innovative “Dashboard” system. You may use your dashboard to edit your property, add more pictures, accept and deny offers and even add more properties.

4. Receiving Offers
You will receive email notifications when offers are submit on your property. On your dashboard you will be able to view a list of all offers and by simply clicking the offer link, you can see all details related to this offer. Once you have reviewed all offers and are satisfied with a presented offer, click “Accept” to approve that offer.
Once you accept an offer on your home, we will contact both parties and arrange the closing based on the terms and conditions of the accepted contract. IT’S THAT EASY!!!
